From first contact to an active contract, we make the transition as easy as possible — whether you are switching providers or setting up maintenance for the first time.

Initial Conversation
Tell us what systems you have, who currently maintains them and what is and is not working. No obligation, no pressure.

Full Health Check
We carry out a thorough assessment of your existing CCTV, access control and alarm systems — checking performance, compliance and condition.

Honest Report
We give you a clear written report. If the system is in good shape, we tell you. If it has issues, we are specific about what they are and what they mean.

Contract or Plan
If the system meets our standards, we take over the contract. If it needs work, we build an affordable upgrade plan together before committing to anything.

Not Happy with Your Current Provider? We Will Take It On.

Changing security maintenance providers feels complicated. It does not have to be. We handle the transition — from the health check through to taking over the contract — with minimum disruption to your organisation.

We welcome takeovers from any provider. If your current contract is under-delivering, if response times are poor, if your system has not been properly serviced, we want to hear from you.

We Will Not Walk Away From a Degraded System

Some organisations we speak to have systems that have been neglected for years. Cameras that have failed. Access control that has not been updated since staff left years ago. Alarms that have not been serviced since the last provider walked away.

We do not use this as a reason to refuse a contract or to push an expensive full replacement. We work with you to understand what your budget allows and build a realistic, step-by-step modernisation plan.
